If you exercise even more, you can unlock additional credit with an additional payment or upgrade to benmo unlimited. The credit can only be redeemed in the benmo Store. No cash redemption.

Benmo uses the Karvonen formula to determine whether you are exercising your cardiovascular system moderately. As soon as your heart rate rises by 30% to 50% above your moderate resting heart rate, depending on your age and fitness level, your exercise counts as moderate cardiovascular training. Of course, we also reward you for intensive exercise.

This means that your accumulated minutes are not always displayed immediately, but gradually trickle into the app - even after your dance session, bike ride or when you sprint for the bus at the last second. This is completely normal and ensures that all data is recorded correctly.

Your accumulated movement credit (points/minutes) will be retained for 14 days after your membership expires. During this time, you can reactivate your membership at any time and continue to use your credit.
If you do not extend your membership within this period, your credit will be deleted without replacement. A transfer or payout is not possible.
